As the Global Copy Director at Levi's, I managed and edited the copy for the launch of Indigo, a chatbot designed to help shoppers find the perfect pair of jeans on Levi.com. Users answer a series of questions by selecting a provided answer or writing their own and the bot responds with copy written by my team. The goal was to keep the voice of the bot conversational and engaging while remaining product-focused. It received tons of PR buzz at launch and, with an 8% conversion rate, consumer engagement with the bot continues to grow.
