I managed and edited the copy for the launch of Levi's chatbot, a "Virtual Stylist" designed to help shoppers find the perfect pair of jeans. Users answer a series of questions by selecting a provided answer or writing their own and the bot responds with copy written by my team. The goal was the keep the voice of the bot conversational and engaging while remaining product-focused. It received tons of PR buzz at launch and consumer engagement continues to grow.
